Ms. L is the temporary name of one of the new art style characters. Her appearance is based upon that of Chris Hecker's girlfriend, Sibel (and the internal game files refer to her as such), although she has declared that she "would never wear that shirt". She is notable for her casual clothing: a black biker vest, a yellow shirt with leopard-print sleeves, and black pants. She also has a small pair of gold hoop earrings on each ear. Her blonde hair has a purple streak on the left side.
The SpyParty community calls her "Sibel" or "Rocker." Rather than wear a watch, Ms. L pulls her iPhone out of her jacket to check the time. It always reads 11:43, and for some reason, she holds it upside-down!
Sibel's name is pronounced /sih-BELL/.
